Tiger Woods was driving at twice speed limit before LA crash

Woods was driving at speeds of 135-140 kilometres per hour on a downhill stretch of road outside Los Angeles that had a speed limit of 45 miles per hour (just above 72kph), Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said.
