Launceston man denies that he knew items were stolen | The Examiner

A St Leonards man had a suspicion that equipment delivered to his premises was stolen, the Supreme Court in Launceston heard on Monday. Heath Maxwell Lethborg, 32, pleaded not guilty to eight counts of receiving stolen property in 2018-2019. The Crown alleged that a Mitsubishi Canter truck, a Bobcat, K’archer, tandem tool trailer and an ATV trailer, a commercial lighting system, a Honda scooter and a radio detection locator…
